RELEASE OF FUNDS and PROCUREMENT OF ANIMALS

Administrators and staff have been instructed not to release funds or process animal orders unless an IACUC approval is active.  Your cooperation is requested.  Do not let your approval lapse!

All faculty planning to use vertebrate animals must obtain approval from the IACUC before funds can be released and teaching or experiments with animals begun. 
Various federal and University rules prescribe the information to be provided to the IACUC so that an Investigator's request can be considered.
