October 11, 2004:  The IACUC has formally adopted a policy regarding the overcrowding of mice used in breeding colonies.

September 30, 2004:  The IACUC review process has been clearly delineated for faculty and staff.  This document provides information about what to expect and how long it should take.

August 17, 2004:  The IACUC now follows the ACS Rodent Tail Biopsy Guideline.  Deviations from this guideline must be approved by the IACUC.

July 6, 2004:  IACUC formally adopts a Drug Policy for all protocols.

June 15, 2004:  IACUC formally adopts a policy regarding Investigator Eligibility for protocol submissions.  Only UF faculty may submit protocols to the UF IACUC.

May 18, 2004: Forms  Investigators are reminded to use the current forms from the web site for all submissions. As instructions and/or policies change the forms are revised and older versions are no longer acceptable.
